SWAPMEET SCHILDE

Rob & I left at the crack of day towards Schilde for the swapmeet.
Found some nice old mag's and another headlight.
Met Glen & Jelle there, had a trappist to start the day on the right foot, and left for Brussels around noon but more on that on the Eat Dust blog.

Should have bought these really nice tiers but I didn't damn.

LAST WEEK

On Sunday there was the opening of the new American Lifestyle shop near Antwerp.
Gus didn't do this half assed, the new shop is huge.
We got a tour of the building by our good friend Daniel who has been a mechanic at A.L. for nearly 23 year (now that is dedication).
Afterwards we went to Gent to have ribs at the Gekroonde Hoofden the best place in Gent and around.

Was asked to be part of something similar over here but after thinking it over & discussing it with some friends and rereading Max statement I've turned it down.

THE OCEAN

HAMBURG

On Thursday the Missus and I left for Hamburg to visit our friends The Vogels.
Steven & Nina run the Black Lodges Company which does a lot of different things.
Steven guided us on Friday true Hamburg and gave some insights on the history of the city.
Had a good time the only downside was the cold weather, will go back once the summers back.
Some random pic's from the 4 day's we where there.
The St.Pauli neighbourghood is the coolest place on earth.

Hamburg has some of the most famous clubs , where a lot of band first appared on scene.
In the 60 if you could prove you played this club you where almost certain to get a record deal.
Sabbath did it this way.

St.Pauli football stadion.
Went to have dinner in a real German restaurant
